The best time to go to 萱品食坊 is before 11:00am or after 1:30pm. During lunch hours, customers usually needs to wait for 15~20 minutes as they have many deliveries or to go. If you could avoid the busy hours, you have plenty of chance to try out healthy yet yummy food there without waiting for too long.

萱品食坊 do provide a variety of healthy choices in-store. Other than no MSG added in the cooking, the food is less oily and salty than most of other places. The most famous dish is whole wheat dough ball in tomato based soup. It contains pork, mushrooms, cabbages, and other goodies. It is very yummy and great value for the price. The freshly made fruit juice is also very good. Highly recommended! Give it a try and you will fall in love with the food this place provides.
